AutoTrack System's Tool Dispensing Units are unmanned computer controlled storage and retrieval units that indvidually dispense parts, supplies or cutting tools directly to the user.

Computer Controlled
The TDS 1630, 720 470, and 180 machines are controlled by an integral industrial grade IBM compatible minimum P3 computer complete with vivid color touch screen.

Individual Dispensing
Operator access to physical items is through the TDS unit's dispensing panel which has 10 doors. These doores may be opened individually, allowing access to a single compartment or in a series of combinations. Access to an entire tray is accomplished through control of all 10 doors.

Stocking and Restocking
In the TDS 1630, 720, 470, and 180 machines, each tray can be subdivided into 10 individual compartments. The tray layout is established through the software. When loading material, a report can be run in bin location to indicate the replenishment quantity to load in each
